CHH has successfully received accreditation from Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).  CHAP is an independent accrediting body for community-based health care organizations.  CHAP is the oldest national accrediting body nationwide.  Through "deeming authority" granted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CHAP has the regulatory authority to survey agencies providing home health, to determine if they meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation and CMS Quality Standards.

 

Acccreditation is a process, not an event.  The process includes access to and adherence with a set of quality and performance standards geared to drive performance above the minimum standard.  Not an operations manual, CHAP standards provide a much broader set of guidance about the structures and processes that lead to quality outcomes

We service clients who are billed under Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Private Insurance and Private Pay.
